Don't Muslims every where do that? Russian Muslims follow Russian culture, Arab Muslims follow Arab culture, Chinese follow Chinese and so on?

We should follow culture but we don't need to mix it with religion.Religion should be the first priority in life not culture,if american culture allows to go in bikini do muslims women need to follow that culture.

yes, yeh donoh tracks often criss cross each other as the basis of these cultures are based around shadows of religious values. but many muslims think they are muslim as they follow their countries culture. those influenced by others who pray around them to start praying themselves are muslims by culture! those who dont are stuck in purely culture which can wear off and is never truely islamic. :)

i've heard that musharaf has made drinking alcohol legal he said in a conference that people would hide and drink so he's made it legal so people can drink alcahol without hiding(publicely)

You have heard it wrong. It's only allowed for non muslims and he has not started it, this relaxation is there for non muslims for long long time.
