If a person is good at heart, that person does not need to do anything to bring the good out , it shows in every move and every gesture of that person. On the other hand if someone is bad at heart , anything can be a stimulant for that person to bring his bad out.
Nobody has control over thoughts , good or bad, everybody has control over their actions, good or bad thoughts do not control the actions and behavior of a person, his/her conscious effort to do something good or bad is the reason he /she will do anything good or bad in the end.
Only insane or intoxicated people do not have control over their actions.
