For those of you who are saying they never heard this in Karachi. My question is how many parts of Karachi have you visited ? And did you interact with people of those parts ?

Karachi extends to Landhi , korangi , Malir , New Karachi , North Karachi , Adam Town , Buffer Zone , Water Pump , Hyderi , Nazimabad , North Nazimabad , Lyiari , Bhains colony , Saudabad , Khokrapar , Lalookhait (Liaqatabad) , Yousuf Plaza , Federal Area , Gulburg etc etc and they have their own linguistic and cultural nuances.

I was lucky enough to have friends, family, employees , business contacts , acquaintances in most of those areas and know much more than what I quoted above. I had interaction with Punjabi , Pathans , Odh(ODH - Wikipedia) , Sindhi , Balochi , Makrani of Karachi. That is why I have love for all and no hate for anyone.
So this phrase I quoted is used in Malir Mohajir Colony and Lalookhait very frequently.
Go to any of those areas and confirm if you wish to.

I spend most summers in north karachi, nazimabad and gulshan when I lived there we were in cliffton and I still have never heard this phrase.
