Bihar is one of the filthiest areas of Undia, with absolutely no sewage system in many of the cities. I once visited the city of Gaya in Bihar, and in some streets you literally had to wade through ****, cow-piss, half-rotten effluent, and there were food-vendors on the street selling food encrusted with a million ****-eating flies.

The Undians will never know hygiene or sanitation.
