although situation is grave but it aint problem without solution and i dont think it would ever happen.
swat problem is although complicated but can be taken care of comparatively easily, as of now population is not sympathetic to them anymore.
there are too many options security establishment can do, probably they are being careful, they want to be offensive one place at a time, and they are in bajaur.
most of swati shetans action are hit and run and in my opinion similar actions can be taken by security agencies.
security personnel's on the move in civilian clothes hit the shetans in cities whenever they find them cause gradual attrition on them , deny them free movement when security men in uniform are not there...
get few nasty things done to them as they do portrayed as somebody else has done that so that they may have hidden fear whenever they enter in settled area.
