Partially correct, MQM is not the only bhatta-khor in Karachi true, but is it because they have stopped collecting bhatta: NO, its because other players have jumped in and started collecting bhatta.
There are different players in the field, there are likes of LeJ, LeT who can not be negotiated, there are some goons who can be negotiated with.
They have made it systemetically

It's a good decision by the PTI to stay away from this long march. In fact, PTI should insist on implementation of LHC's directives to Zardari on dual-office case instead of demanding the president directly to relinquish his constitutional office.

Wise decision by Imran khan. Some of the points put forward by Qadri saab are not democratic and the only way they can be implemented is through martial law. How could IK possibly join ?
