As par my info. Imran Khan gace him ticket in return of financial favors for pti and Aleem Khan refused to contest because of his falling popularity.

Aleem Khan was not given ticket due to his image. Anyways I am sure you’d know about Aleem Khans past while campaigning for PTI.
