Everyone was seeing Nawaz bald head, and now when he got some from transplant, every one is seeing that too (dikh raha hay) so, it is selling (people talk about it).
On the other hand, even if Imran did transplant/color or something to change his looks (that I do not know), no one has seen the change … hence it is not selling.
You see … if adultery happens without witness (no one has seen it) than even in Islam person gets away. But if adultery happens in front of all, with many witnesses around who saw the event, then act gets punished. … Got it?
