i thought it was the other khwaja, khwaja asif who’s supposed to take Minister of Energy (after merging water/electricity and petroleum into one)
Saad rafiq is being presented as Minister of Railways, he will offer jobs to sell chooran in railways

thats right. Khwaja Asif chosen for Energy & Power. Khwaja Saad Rafique for Railway
