^ are you sure? somewhere I read they have the highest buddhist following. there are two other relgions too but i cant remember the name (one of them may be tao)
Personal experience, I have never met any Chinese who were very religous...
The nature of Budhhist religon as practiced in China, and other Chinese relgions and philosophies are very differnt from our understanding of relgion in the Islamic sense. So I dont think one can approach relgion in China in same way that you can Islam in Pakistan.
