what you’ve to do is look at here

this chick’s right arm movement makes a jerk when her arm goes up, her right arm movement should be same like her left arm movement in slow motion.

she ment only by twinkilng the images not amination (As what I think)

Though your image requires some addition of frames in your animation… and I dont think so anyone can make those frames so easily.. as its just a creation from the start!

lol.. whats so hard about it? In some softwares you make One frame (starting position) & a Second frame (ending position), press a button, and it will create a specific number for frames in between showing the arm in motion from starting pos. to the end. pos.

listen bddy.... those software only makes some predefined animations... not the one a person requires!

They are having some General filters to use and generate predefined animation.
