Open the image in any image editing software such as Photoshop, MGI Photosuit, etc.. Select the picture area that you want to keep or crop, and then click on crop button. Save the changes. Check the size. If it's less than 110 kb, you are good, if it's not, crop more and post :p

open the image in image editor like Sohail Bhai mention (Adobe Photoshop) then click on edit and image size and reduce it to whatever you have right now.
