Dr.Samar is equally respectable .He is with Atomic Commission from 1962 went to Oxford for his PhD and returned in 1966.He is the chief organizer of making nuke in action.All tunnels, planting and design was done by him and his division at PAEC but Dr.Khan enriching uranium made it so.Dr.Samar also played leading role in missile tech and considered as Father of Pakistan Missile Program.
