If you have chicken biryani…then there’s no need to make chicken tikka. By seekh kabab karahi…do you mean seekh kababs in gravy? That would work. So you have a chicken rice dish, a harahi dish with different meat, and pasta dish. That’s fine.
Or you can have a vegetable salan like palak. So, then you menu would be: chicken biryani, vegetable salan, seekh kabab karahi, and a pasta dish. That’s pretty balanced too.
For iftar…keep it simple. You can make a fruit chaat, samosay or patties (pick one as both are the same thing), aloo ki tikkiyan or aloo cutlets. You could even add chana chaat or replace the tikkiyan with the chqna chaat so there is less frying/work for you.
