Today, my family went out to eat at a Thai restaurant downtown. We fed the parking meter $1.50 for 90 minutes. When we came back, there was still 7 minutes left on the meter. My dad made us walk around downtown for 7 minutes. MLID.

This one made me laugh so much:

Today, we were looking at houses and my dad found one he liked. He wanted to ask the female agent if he could stay in touch with her. Instead, he said “You mind if I touch you.” The ladies face turned red, my uncles and cousins were laughing, and my dad still didn’t get what he said wrong. MLID

Today I was alone in the elevator at work and farted 3 times in a row. Then the elevator stopped on a floor and 5 of my co-workers came on. They all turned to me and said, “Hey Raj—you using a new cologne? Smells better than usual!” MLID

Today, I was at Taco Bell when I see this Indian family at the side stand where the ketchup, straws, and other “sides” were. The mom of the family whispered, “jaaldi” and her son dumped most of the hot sause packets in her oversized purse. MLID

My mom wears shalwar kameez everywhere to show her cultural backround but then she tops it off with a pair of sneakers to try to blend in and look hip. MLID
