If you come to school with me tomorrow you can make a fascinator to wear to the Royal Wedding picnic we are having in the afternoon. I think I have some spare ribbon and flowers.

The boys are making top hats! I let them chose their own colours and about 7 of the boys have chosen pink hats with purple ribbon. It's going to be a very happy picnic!

The kids chose to have Foxes party rings as Royal Wedding food instead of cucumber sandwiches. :(

they are just not into current affairs that much, their main interest is in natural history and geography right now, I’m sure they’ll figure out soon about the British Royal Family History.

If I was Kate Middleton, I would go crazy with my money, do everything I possibly can, knowing that in two days time I'll have access to the one of the world's largest repository, haha :P Who would've thought that one day they'd be a princess? :S

But yes, modern with a touch of classic is definitely what she's going to go for. Although I heard she may have two dresses. One short and sleek, while the other is more classic. She may wear the traditional to the ceremony and the short and sleek for the reception? Although, this is just what I've heard, I have a hard time believing that the future Queen will wear a short dress to her reception ..

^ I think the short dress would be a reception dress, not for the ceremony. But I do hope that she doesn't go short. I guess tea length would still look nice, but the long gowns are especially lovely on tall slender girls like her.
