Call, say thank you, send a nice note, maybe even send something in return or wait until you see them again. I don't think you should just send flowers back. That's incredibly unoriginal.

awwww that's so sweet of that person....but it all depends on if you want this friendship or relationship to move ahead.... I would be really happy and jump around if it was someone I liked too...if it was someone I wasn't interested in I would just ignore
