Hahah... Have you been to moscow lately??? Seriously the ammount of mess that country is in. Rich moscovites throw money at the cops like toilet-paper... Just to give you an example a russian cops monthly pay is equal to a pair of nice Cezar Picotti Shoes.... Although i do belive that Pakistan is running on god's good graces and some clever sting pulling by mushy.....

Hopefully Pakistan can stay the course of economic development. Education, Unity and Tolerance should be our slogans. Our government should spend more money on ways and means to curb corruption as well. Business can only flourish when laws are obeyed.

umm i didnot tell u wen they did tha study.. they did it during soviet era.. not these current era.... but i could be wrong if it is russia.. it could be germany or another country.. but i know there was a study done by someone.. some country...

Its just a joke that goes around buddy. I heard that when i was in 5th grade. The basic theme of the joke is that some gora folks started beliveing in Allah after visiting Pakistan and observing first hand the level of corruption going on, and the fact that the country was still surviving. They all concluded that only a divine entity is holding Pakistan together. otherwise it had no chance.

Yes, I was amused too :o
