in olden days when there was no fridge, milk pot was kept in “cheeNkaas” and hung from the roof away from walls so the cat couldn’t reach it…chheeNkaa was a steel-mesh basket-hangar.

if a stubborn cat really wanted the milk, it would leap up and in the process would grab it but would come tumbling down with the chheeNkaa, breaking it and spilling the milk…she would get really scared and run like never before! hahaha
