Looks can be deceiving. This can either be a cheetah or African golden cat. :-p Only head shot will tell the difference (or picture which gives an approximation of SIZE). Judging by the bushes, I say it's African golden cat.

There's plenty of ways to spot various differences in this photograph though!

you see the lines on shoulder? Cheetah has SPOTS not lines. It’s African Golden cat for sure. In full image long ears and relatively small head will confirm it.

About the identification, the pattern on the Serval is different from pretty much all the other African wild cats. Also, the fore legs and hind legs have a very distinct size difference and the shoulder pattern is also very telling. So all those combined with the shorter tail and you've got yourself a Serval.
