Chris Gayle's second hundred in consecutive matches, his third of the tournament, and his 15th in total. It was a magisterial performance, and the South Africans had absolutely no answer to his belligerent approach.

Puts him as the favourite to win the Man of the Series.

Great performance by Windies in general and Gayle in particular.

They had the advntage of playing three meaningless matches before the main round and that provided them with the right formula to win on these pitches. This windies team is really good LOI unit. They defeated India, Australia and south Africa en route to finals and thats absolutely fantastic.

Should be a great final. Aussies are favourites because of big match players in their side but Gayle is probably the best one day opener in world cricket and if he fires, windies will be in with a great chance.

I am thinking Windies will win the final since Gayle is already mad at the Aussies from their previous encounter and with that in mind the Aussies will be trying to win the final to get some revenge from Windies. I bet its going to be a good encounter.
