it dpends if you charge them extra hours, yaani extra time banatay ho ke nahin..
if you send your over time baar baar then these guys will know how hard working you are :)

thats JUST a bad situation.. if ur reputation preceeds u, then its awrite.. and if it doesnt, i dont see a reason behind that extra efforts..

i dont miss a single opportunity to help other departments, even other facilities of our corp, BUT I MAKE SURE they know i'm doing this extra.. niceness doesnt payoff, unless people KNOW that u're nice..

now to EARN that feeling from eXtra help, i make sure i take off from work when other people are denied timeoff..
