Thanx for your post. I think it’s better to explore the thread you mentioned, i eat more than usual and if i start writing it here then it would be a long post .

Writing it down will not only help you visualize and make changes but others can also make recommendations. If you don’t want to post it here that’s fine just do it for yourself.
