140k miles in 2-3 years !! Thats a lot of driving :) Ford vehicles typically start giving problems as the miles pile up. How long do you intend keeping the truck for ?
IMHO, if you can get a truck with 40k miles for around $ 12k that would be a much better deal than paying $ 8k for one with 140k miles.
