I have a nuskha by Dr khurram.. i am also in a process of makin the oil ,waiting for few things to come from pakistan.. for the oil you need

1/2kg sesame oil
1 chopped onion
2-3 chopped garlic cloves
1 palm sized jute ( burn it and use the ash)
bethamethasone creme 10grm
1pinck mulethi
1pinch kalongi
and frying pan

put the oil in a frying pan add onion garlic and mixed them well when i starts to add betamethsone creme mulethi and everything together mix it for 2-3 mins off the flame when it gets cold add in a jar and put this jar under sunlight for 7 days

benefits of this oil
sesame: enhances blood circulation promotes hair growth..it is highly nourishing and excellent for dry scalp treatment. Massaging helps in controlling dryness and flakiness, thus, preventing hair loss.Split ends and hair prone to breakage and brittleness leading to excessive hair loss benefits from its replenishing and rejuvenating qualities. ( i have written only few)

kalonji:remedies excessive hair fall
**jute: **Dr said that it has several minerals and vitamins
betamethasone: cure for baldness
why to keep under sunlight: it will absorb alot of vit D which is good for hair
frying pan: good for fryig things

It would be easier to use the oil floating on top of an ‘achaar’ bottle!
