Ok one more and I am off as well me thinks. " You may be wondering why I have lumped work and play into the one chapter. Aren't they supposedly opposites? Don't you do one in order to be able to afford to do the other? Well, of course, they do differ in some ways. You usually get paid for work but pay to play. That is, unless you work as a home-maker or volunteer, in which case you don't get paid, or unless you work at a professional sport, in which case you get paid to play. So the pay distinction is not perfecrt. Well, you usually work to earn a living, while you pay for recreation and relaxation. That's a bit better but, for the purposes of achieving success and building motivation, I suggest work and play are similar in a basic way: they are both about achievement."
