Go to the doc. He'll write you prescription strenght anti inflammatories. The pain is not gonna go away on its own, you need to take care of it ASAP. okay?

:( wait unitl tomorrow or go to ER if it's that severe and make sure you keep us updated. Your doc will just do simple blood test to check the inflammation levels.
