Since today I want to be thin too, I need membership of your fat club LK :p I don't get it, I don't eat breakfast, no lunch, I can often skip dinner too. A few mugs of hot chocolate and 200g a day of chocolate bar shouldn't be able to hurt me too much, right? so why am I getting huge with every passing day?
Waise LK, you should shed a few kg's, your lower legs are perfectly 'slim', you need to work on your hips and belly area. and don't we all :o A male colleague of mine shed 6kg in three weeks so if he can do it anyone can! Good thing is that you realize the problem, you clearly don't feel good about your body, maybe it's high time to do something about it and move on. Life is beautiful. If you want we can do it together.
