One of my friends who was going through an actual mid life crisis went for his routine checkup and the doctor told him to get some blood tests done. To his surprise the place he was sent for the tests was a cancer hospital. I can't even word how scared and worried he had been waiting for the results of the tests. Alhamdulilah every thing was ok when the results came back but since that day my friend has a different perspective of life, now he thank Allah for every breath he takes.

p.s. Moral of the story: We have to think about what we have then what we don't, to be happy and content
