To be honest i havent shopped much in lahore for bridal wear since no shaadi yet 
but i would say if you have some time, go window shopping at the earlier mentioned markets as those are the places i have heard of from family that lives there. Designers wont let you window shop i know they all set up appointments and you pretty much cant go in for eye luxury only.
