Nothing, but our people are full of double standards (not accusing anyone here personally). What’s okay for a 14 year old boy to joke about is scandalous for a 14 year old girl to think about 
On second thought, I’ll be the first one to admit my own reservations and double standards. It’s not deliberate, but when my 14 year old (female) cousin talks about penises it makes me go “ugh”. if a guy did i don’t think I’d be as bothered.
