you shouldnt eat and drive, some lass in a city not far from me, was fined a substantial amount of money for holding an apple whilst driving.

only weetabix for breakfast will do.

i used to eat at campus, but then i got bored and didn't wanted to spend money..so i take stuff from home..it includes toast jam, toast margarine and sugar, bagel and cream cheese, sometimes i just take left over food like qeema aloo and make a sandwich of it..sometimes i just put bread or sub in the toaster over with cheese and herbs on top while i change clothes..sometimes its kabab sandwich or burger. I sometimes take veggie pulao for lunch..and since i don't hot food..i can survive easily without microwaves. I do take canned fruits for quick breaks or lunch. Over the weekend or one evening..i bake boneless chicken strips or meat steaks and then during the week..i make sandwiches of it to take college. Oh yes, and my mom keeps a chicken paste or egg paste in the fridge..so sometimes i use that as well.

This is what Ive been doing so far. For breakfast at the cafe I eat fruit salad and have milk. Its not my fav breakfast but its ok I guess.

As for lunch - I try to eat salad and sandwiches. And thanks folks, the replies did give me some ideas. I'll work on it. Im just too lazy.

Try a flavored yogurt, put a trail mix in it before you leave.

hey get a bar of milk chocolate or a cup of ice cream or chocolate wafer. i've forgotten the name i used to eat when i used to take breakfast. now i just get a cup of tea and keep sipping until i reach work which is an hour drive. sometimes when i feel hungry, i take left overs from the night before. like fries, rice or some biscuits or anything light before leaving home.

for lunch break, you can make any sandwich a day before to carry with you.

you know to avoid low bp during lectures, you should take a proper meal minimum twice a day.
