pray tahajjud and make lots and lots of dua in sajda...from ur heart, in ur own words
the time of breaking the fast is also a time of making lots of dua
there is also the dua of prophet yunus mentioned in this hadith:
The Prophet sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam said, "The du'a of Dhu Nun (ie, The One of the Fish, meaning Yunus) while he was in the whale's stomach, 'There is no deity or object worthy of worship save You, You are glorified above all deficiencies! Verily I was among the wrongdoers' (La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu min al-zalimin) -no Muslim can make this du'a except that Allah will answer him!" (ahmad, tirmidhi, nasai)
