Be chill. Do NOT show your nervousness.
Don't look anxious or remotely excited. Girls dig guys who keep a distance at first. But a warm distance - be polite and all, just don't act like a drooling wolverine.
Watch her face for reactions and use those to guide the conversation - don't keep talking about something that clearly is boring her.
Open ended questions
Do NOT on the first date, start talking about religion, politics, and stupid questions on hijab, income, careers, etc. Just get to KNOW her. Find out details through friends or later on if things actually get serious.
And most of all. Don't be a douche.

And please no bringing rose and all to first date. Extremely cheesy. Just go out for dinner. Don't know what ya're circumstances are..but if i were going out for blind date then..i would go for coffee to break the ice. And that is what i do...if i find woman interesting i ask her out for coffee first and go from there. And so far..things have worked out good.
