Thanks Ira, I also use semi whole wheat atta, I think I tend to make the atta a bit loose, I agree if the dough it stiffer and it requires less kishka, but it also takes more strenght to form the rote. So this way the roti will be softer, I take it?
ps. yesterday I made Kaarahi chicken with Rice .. delicious.
