By saying to yourself: "I can do it, this task is its nothing for me, this person is not any better than me" You will see the difference.
What has helped me is "I DONT GIVE A DAMN" attitude, not rude but a bit cocky, its helps.
I still havent overcome this totally but if I see myself what I was n what I m now, there is a big difference n I cant believe sometimes that I said or did that.
