Very easy download or save the picture from your mail to your pc in a local folder then
1.use Image upload link http://www.paklinks.com/gsmedia/foto_upload.php?POSTER=58854
to upload one picture at a time.
2. Each picture once uploaded will generate a code which you paste in your thread.
Since the links you posted to the pictures are links to your yahoo mail account I will need your emaill address and password to do it for you. Just kidding.
I hope now you can do it.
