^^ yah.. before you know you would be having fatigue attacks, fainting feelings, and strained sinus, which you would think is being caused by studies.. thats bad way of losing weight..
if you wanna lose weight, you have to do it gradually.. have to change what you eat, how you eat it..instead of 3 meals a day, eat the same amount in 5, if not 6 intervals a day.. drink loads of water… (6 to 7L/day) when feel the need for ladies room, go RIGHT away instead of waiting for 5-10 minutes.. if working around the house, try running the stairs, if working in kitchen, make sure supplies are located where you have to walk back’n forth..
if you wanna work on legs, while you are sitting and reading this, put the toes on ground, and try shaking the legs by touching heels on ground and then lifting, do it rapidly as part of your habit, it may look ‘nervousness’ to some, but believe me, its increasing your body’s metabolism..
we are fasting these days, something i picked from Fayz bhai’s article once, will share here: before the aftaar, try doing cardio/run/walk/SOME sort of physical activity that starts pumping your blood..3 minutes before aftaar on treadmil, it will use up WHATEVER you will eat in aftaar, and will attack the fat stored inside thats not being utilized..
i can go on and on, its up to people to go for it or not..
