i am immune, i have extremely high tolerance to pain killers after years of slowly increasing the dosage
so i have stopped taking pain killers unless absolutely necessary

Aha.......that is perhaps my friend did not take painkillers when she had some pain....today I thought I would do the use:)

wheni have pain i distract my mind
i do some work, like housework, or sumthing that is manual but not mentally taxing
then i realise the pain has gone. cos i am no longer focused on the fact i am in pain
try it , it works :)
