Nice Gal, you should contact Gizzy because he is the one who does most of the technical work for this site. Sorry, but us Mods are kind of technically challenged and so we don’t exactly know the answers to your questions 
Also, even Gizzy may not be able to help you. This might just be a problem with your computer, and so I see no reason for you to be angry at the Mods for that.
