Don't they have dog diapers. I mean we have to put them on kids - why not pets?
Yes, it's possible to buy them, I remember seeing them in the shops when my own dog was a pup and we had to get him training pads..

why not bring a law which forbids the dog to poo in the puiblic? Create public toilets or poo in your own house would be a better solution! If I had to choose between these 2 option I'd go for the last.
