we need specific dua for a specific reason just like we need different medicine for different diseases… & some bazurgs,from their experience, said that by reading some specific dua( which are from QURAN PAK) in certain number can be helpful for people who are in need of that thing for which that specific dua is for…as doctors give certain dosage of medicine to their patients according to their diseases…
