i woke up at 1:30 and i couldnt fall asleep until 5:40
and my back- sides-shoulders were hurting and i hurt my hand =
and i was supposed to get up at 6:30 but i got up at 7:30 and i was late to school

i set my alarm 15 minutes before the time i have to wake up so i can sleep more after my alarm rings......:)
