As mabrook mentioned…how long you can leave it on depends on your skin. When the sting gets to a point where you can’t handle it…or if your skin starts to turn too pink or shows hints of while…that’s when you need to neutralize it.
And yes, apply it on your neck and upper chest. With any skin care…always make sure to include your neck/upper chest area.
