Every job requires hardwork provided you are sincere with ur job. I feel i am not anymore thats why no inner satisfaction.
My sis and BIL both reach home around 3.30pm. I enter home around 8pm. their pays are far good than mine and i have never seen them worried about work once they are at home. I am the one who enters home and quickly turn on the laptop coz i have meeting with US team. We wind up things here for the day and they start their days there. So if they have kept meeting at 10am US time, it will be 10pm here. It makes me really mad when I get meeting invites of 1am-2am UAE time. I decline those invites there and then. How heartless of them, how can they expect us to take meetings at 1am2am
You make money because eof your US partners . You have to work according to their schedule. Why would I stay in office till 10 PM or work from home on 10 PM ? I can hire people from other parts of the world to work for me during those hours.
If you do not like this job you can surely find one you like.

I know i need a change. I need a new job or just a rich hubby so I can take a break and enjoy some rest :( Allah miyaan jee plz aik maan lo dono mein se :(
I usually make them schedule meetings for 7 AM California = 7 PM UAE. That way both of us have to compromise a bit, ie they wake up early and I only have to stay a little later than usual.
