He's gonna practice in Pakistan. Tell him that I am very proud of him for not bailing on his country! Get him a nice stethescope and if you can afford it get the electronic one that helps you hear murmurs really well. It's like 500 bucks. Or a panopthalmoscope if he's in some specialty where he may have to look at the back of eyes like optho, or emergency, or internal medicine, or gen surgery.
