So you're not going to actually refute anything in the statement with facts or sources, but rather you're going to build up a straw man to attack?
Why is socialist Cuba able to mobilize in the same situations? Why, when a hurricane of the exact size and force struck Cuba, did only 14 people die (and thats the most in over forty years in a country hit by 3-10 hurricanes a year!)?
