Humpty Dumpty had a great fall..

Protestors topple Bush Statue

Up to 100,000 protesters have marched through London and torn down a mock statue of visiting US President George W Bush, many of them convinced his policies were to blame for bombings targeting British interests in Turkey

So when Saddam’s statue toppling ceremony was arranged how many did we have in audience?? compared to that number it appears more people will be happy to be ‘liberated’ of Bush and his policies.

Maybe a 100 Iraqi's as opposed to a 100 000 Brits. But I'm sure this can be put down to better lines of communication in and around London allowing for a larger crowds.

Had Baghdad been given a ring road and underground system I'm sure the numbers at the Saddam statue toppling would be at least in the 200's?

What's that he's carrying anyway? :o and where does he get the right sized batteries for it?

Had Saddam not slaughtered hundreds of thousands of his countrymen, more might have been able to attend the destructuction of his likeness, and fewer would have been afraid to attend...

Well engineered photo op in London today.

Fun party too!

The previous statue toppling of Saddam Hussein also made a great photo-op for Bush.

Tens of thousands of protestors marching in London today to let their government know how they feel - now that's democracy in action.

It looks like a saxophone to me.

 Are you sure they didn’t topple a statue of Bill Clinton by mistake???

The other image coming to my mind is The Oscar. Maybe they were really protesting against the Screen Actors Guild and the moral decay promoted by Hollywood.

OG,

I think I got in with the most plausible reason for the discrepancy in numbers. Any town planner would agree.

Mv,

On second thoughts it looks like one of the towers from the Kremlin this thing goes into deep murky waters. Best left a alone.

^^ I thought they have seen u before...no

sheesh we aint talking about patakha bandooq here..

Up to 100,000 protesters have marched through London and torn down a mock statue of visiting US President George W Bush, many of them convinced his policies were to blame for bombings targeting British interests in Turkey

So more people turned out to topple a ‘statue’ of Bush than of Saddam. Isn’t that ironic? :hehe:

yeah man and by patakha bandooq i did not mean yer bandooq, but you :D i.e. a patakha bandooq makes a loud noise, but thats kinda about it, a lil smoke and a lil smell maybe.
