you throw a couple of cans of chickpeas into your blender, squeeze in some fresh lemon juice, salt, throw in some whole cloves of garlic just a couple, a teaspoon or so of tahini (u dont get the flavour without it), add lots of olive oil and blend away. adjust ingredients after you've whizzed it - youll be able to tell what it needs. i think the cayenne pepper is just used for garnish. not in the actual dish.
yes cayenne pepper is only for garnish..and yes the recipe is right..u can also use green and black ovlies to garnish..
