Dont think you will see any disagreement from anyone about this.
Personally I have not seen any minority abused (well other than very few times) and I used to live around thousands of Christians in Pak but that does not mean it does not happen. Normal people obviously don’t do it, but bigots do. They exist in every society but in our country they get away with it. I think you’ll find this is a reasonable view.
